ICB cost reductions 2025
Please note this page will be updated routinely as we go through the cost reduction process.
Voluntary redundancy information
We have created a separate page containing all of the relevant information on voluntary redundancy. This includes key documents, FAQs relating specifically to the redundancy process and more.
FAQs
We have refreshed the FAQs to ensure they are now aligned with Lincolnshire and Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICBs to ensure all colleagues across the cluster have access to the same information.
You can continue to submit questions and feedback in the same way:
- Via the confidential online form (opens in new window)
- Through the weekly Cluster Briefings
- Directly to the Communications Team: ddicb.communications@nhs.net
Please note: if you have a question that relates specifically to your personal circumstances, we would recommend speaking to your line manager in the first instance. We will do our best to provide answers to as many questions as possible, but we will be unable to answer those that relate to specific personal circumstances.
Please click on the below to visit the FAQs page.
Cluster Briefing updates
Our Cluster Briefing sessions take place every Tuesday and are led by members of the cluster Executive Team.
The sessions provide the latest updates on the cost reduction programme, as well as giving you the chance to have your questions answered.
You can watch all of our Cluster Briefing sessions again on YouTube (opens in new window).
