Cluster wide risk management masterclass – Tuesday 17 March
Want to improve your understanding of risk management? Join us for a risk management masterclass hosted by the ICB Risk Team on Wednesday 17 from 1.30pm until 3pm.
This MS Teams session is open to all colleagues across the cluster and will provide essential training to help colleagues working in Derby and Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, and Nottingham and Nottinghamshire understand how risks are managed within the ICBs.
By the end of the session, you’ll be able to:
- Understand and define key risk management concepts
- Distinguish between strategic, operational, and directorate/programme‑level risks
- Identify and articulate risks using the cause–event–effect methodology
- Assess risks using scoring tools and understand controls and mitigations
- Apply risk management principles confidently within your role
This session is a great opportunity to strengthen your knowledge and ensure alignment with the Joint ICBs’ Risk Management Policy.
